:::: Yes, of course. The reason the page was deleted was it was in a foreign language. I have less time + I am working systematically, like creating/Translating Wikipedia policies in Turkmen Wiki, creating much needed articles that can draw attention or that is needed to be available in Turkmen etc. Thus, from now on I do not retain an article just to keep the number of articles, if no system no one is keen on spending his time on Wiki whereas with rules we have seen minor improvement.
