I have less time + I am working systematically, like creating/Translating Wikipedia policies in Turkmen Wiki, creating much needed articles that can draw attention or that is needed to be available in Turkmen etc. Thus, from now on I do not retain an article just to keep the number of articles, if no system no one is keen on spending his time on Wiki whereas with rules we have seen minor improvement. It was in Turkish, but a translation from the English Wikipedia could be made instead (English has a better article on the film than the Turkish Wikipedia).
