Applying for room for more activity

Hello. I contact you for a seemingly strange request but it is reasonable. Please, listen carefully.

I intend and started to establish rule of law on Turkmen Wikipedia. I am translating policies from English Wikipedia as we do not have our own community to form our policies. Worst system is better than no system, if we do not have system we (Turkmen Wikipedia) can not grow. I am translating policies, principles and guidelines as I have free time. I am opening new pages, creating templates that are needed for Wikipedia and I am placing delete templates where necessary but as our admin is busy, I can hardly go forward.

I need authority to be able to delete and protect pages on Turkmen Wikipedia as there are too many pages that needs to be deleted. I currently am locating {{delete}} templates.

I campaigned for TKWIKI administratorship so that I can do what I want to do but there is almost no one here to vote. Literally, no one. If you look at several last days you will see only 7 usernames (including me) contributing. 3 of those usernames belong to the same person: Es Khalid, Kakajan Hajyberdiyew and Kakajan Hajyberdiyev. They all three are same and they all opened only self-promotion articles about themselves. Leaving that 3 out, there remains only 3 active usernames. 1 of them is me, the other one is our admin Rufet Turkmen and the third one is Mr.pahyr who rarely contributes and not that much active.

Considering the plight, is it possible for me to obtain sysops status? At least temporarily so that I can establish rule of law here. I would want to obtain it through elections but we do not have anybody to vote.

Even the last election of our current admin seems to be a fraud and a hoax because all the voters except 1 who voted for him are not contributors of Turkmen Wikipedia. They all came to vote for their candidate and they left. Look at their contributions, they came, created their own userpage, voted and left. Some have touched one or two topic. I discovered it as I was seeking way to apply for administratorship. I am telling all these to demonstrate you that there is no way for me to obtain adminship through election. Is it possible for Wikipedia community to grant me sysops status?

Here are the contributions of the voters:

1. 1: 2 of his contributions are vote, 3 are user pages. The remaining 2 are ordinary minor edits. Disappeared right after he voted.
2. 2: Voted and left Turkmen Wiki.
3. 3: Voted, edited his own user page 4 times and disappeared from Turkmen Wiki
4. 4: Voted and disappeared from Turkmen wiki.

Only one of the supporter voters has become regular user on Turkmen Wikipedia. All of the votes are gained from users of another Wikipedia. My intention is to demonstrate you that I can not gain sysops status via election, there is no capacity to have election here.

Please, grant me adminship and let me try to improve and develop Turkmen Wikipedia. Note that, I can not spend much time on August and half of September even if you grant me temporary status. I will need it for at least 6 months. Sincerely yours, --Ruhubelent (talk) 21:34, 29 iýul 2018 (UTC)

Hello @Ruhubelent: you should open a discussion (election) for you in tkwiki, and after 7 days you can apply a request in Meta page, even there's no voters we'll give you the sysop rights, okay? --Alaa :)..! 08:13, 30 iýul 2018 (UTC)

Sorry for disturbing, @Alaa:. Can I apply right now as 7 days have passed from the time I launched the campaign on the page you said is enough. Ok, I will and have not shared any invitation or something like that about my candidacy. I will create Village pump after I am done with translating policies and guidelines. Need your assistance on local file upload

Hello. There is a slight change we (administrators: Rufet Turkmen and me) would want to make on TK Wiki. Look please: When a user clicks on "Tools >>> Upload file," he/she will currently be led to Wikimedia commons. We want to replace it with local uplod: https://tk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%9D%C3%B6rite:Upload How can we do it? Can you assist us? Thanks in advance.
